In September 2025, Qub Events proudly partnered with NOVA GLOBAL for their participation in the 19th China (Shenzhen) International Logistics and Supply Chain Fair (CILF) — one of the most influential events in global logistics and supply chain industries.

Managing the organization of E-Commerce Award 2018 was a great challenge for us, aiming at creating an even more creative and innovative event compared to the previous years. We set the theme as “Past Vs Future”.
E-Commerce Award Ceremony has grown exponentially over the past 5 years thanks to the effective event planning strategy introduced by Qub Events. Strong long-term relationships with venues and vendors have allowed us to negotiate the best terms for the client and our commitment and creativity resulted in great feedback from the attendees.
In 2018, over 300 Ukrainian web projects have applied for the contest. The nominees were determined by the jury, and the winners were selected by customers through online voting (a total 15,000 votes).

Having successfully managed the event for already 2 years in locations such as Hyatt Regency and InterContinental Kyiv, we were approached again by E-Commerce Expert to plan and manage the Award receptions at FreedoM Event Hall. We organized the Award Ceremony for 300 guests with cabaret on a large stage set and an extensive catering space.

The third edition of E-Commerce Awards was once again entrusted to Qub Events. It marked the extraordinary achievements of the retail sector in Ukraine. As well as some new nominations, there were the familiar awards of “Newcomer of the Year", "Breakthrough of the Year" and "Buyers’ Choice", like in the previous years.
Meest Group supported the event as the General Partner, with Deloitte auditing the voting results. The magnificent awards ceremony took place in the InterContinental Hotel Kiev.

The E-Commerce Awards were first held in 2013 on the initiative of the PGK Groupe and we were honored to manage the event.
The main aim of the award was to set a benchmark in the industry, secure a reliable service and supply for the end customer. It was also important to highlight the extraordinary achievements of e-commerce retailers in Ukraine.
To reflect the importance of the event, we selected the magnificent ballroom at Hyatt Regency Kiev as the venue.

One of our clients asked us to find a private beach in Kiev with a city view to host a special birthday party for their family and closest friends.
The perfect place turned out to be Riva Location on the Dnipro river, a new Yacht Club in Riviera RiverSide complex, with amazing views of the city of Kiev.
We planned an exciting event packed with activities and entertainment for the guests. They could enjoy boat trips, circus workshops, water activities or just relax near the water sampling delicious food and drinks. Later in the evening there was a lavish party with professional barmen and a spectacular fire artist.
The guests also highly praised the food and succulent beach barbecues prepared by chefs from a 5* hotel for the occasion.

In 2015, Qub Events was invited to coordinate a new annual project – the EBA Sailing Regatta, arranged for the CEOs of the member companies. We set up the event in Riva Location in partnership with the Kiev Racing Yacht Club. 9 yachts participated in the races. It was an enjoyable event with lots of activities and a relaxing reception to finish.
We received great feedback after the event and are truly pleased with the special atmosphere of the Regatta.

Back in 2015 we were privileged to fully manage the Family Fun Day event for the CEOs of EBA member companies and their families.
The event was a success, attended by over 40 families at Riva Location. Guests were treated to a welcoming reception as soon as they arrived.
A wide range of entertainment options were provided, including Culinary and Painting WorkShops, Mini Golf, a sailing regatta from Kiev Racing Yacht Club Junior Squad to keep the kids amused, as well as a BBQ party for everyone to finish the event on a nice culinary note.

This beautiful Regatta event was organized by Qub Events, with all the proceeds going to charity causes supported by Lions Club Kiev - vulnerable children, sick and disabled and the elderly.
Kiev Lions Club was founded in 2003 as part of Lions Club International, the largest business charity in the world with 1.4 million members in 42,000 clubs in 129 countries. KLC is a particularly large branch with some 80 members all of which are from the Ukrainian and and international business community. Since 2003 KLC has raised and distributed almost $1,000,000 to worthy causes in Ukraine in both small and large donations.

This team building event, held at Riva Location, offered presentations from Guerlain’s team, live practical sessions and various networking opportunities.

e-Delivery Expo 2017 was the first professional event in Ukraine entirely dedicated to logistics for e-commerce, held in the important venue of NSC Olimpiysky. The event provided an opportunity to compare the services and pricing policies of logistics and service companies, as well as a chance to communicate with top officials. Most importantly, the attendees could learn about new opportunities for the development of their business.

E-Expo 2013 was the first exhibition of its kind held in Ukraine, a unique event in the market. More than 3500 participants visited the first exhibition fair, enjoying its intensive program and productive networking.
The "E-Expo 2013" exhibition areas are worth a separate mention, enticing the visitors with a variety of different stands and activities. In the exhibition area on the first floor visitors could visit the stands of the leading online stores, service providers and see presentations of new Internet retail projects.
The captivating atmosphere of the fair was complemented by an entertainment program with prizes, certificates from online stores and fun-partners of the exhibition, as well as virtual fitting rooms. The second floor of the E-Expo offered the participants the possibility to get acquainted with services and new Internet projects of the market leaders.
The E-commerce Expo was an ideal spot for establishing lucrative business contacts.

In 2015, we organised the Ukraine open sailing championship in Platu 25 class. 10 teams from Kiev, Kharkiv, Mariupol, Nikopol, Odessa, Dnipro, Zaporizhia and Kyiv Region took part in the competition.
The regatta was held in interesting and diverse water areas - from the Kiev Reservoir through the centre of Kyiv to the bays of Koncha-Zaspa.
Qub Events provided end-to-end high standard services from the welcome reception to the gala awards dinner and a buzzing party with a live rock band concert.

In summer 2015 Qub Events organized the most romantic regatta in Yacht Club Riviera Riverside. Taking off at sunset and finishing in moonlight created a special atmosphere for the event.

In 2017, we organized an event in the OMNI Campus with Oleksiy Poroshenko as the main speaker. He shared his experience in Singapore with the Ukrainian graduates of foreign universities, namely, the London School of Economics and INSEAD. His speech adressed the role of a professional civil service in successful reforms.

This unique event took place at OMNI Campus in 2017. EDME educational platform asked us to help with the organization of their “How to create a dream team” training, and it was carried out to the highest standard, attracting lots of attendees and receiving a great feedback.

The main theme behind this event, organized and handled by Qub Events, was to discuss a new approach to the implementation and foundation of best practices by one of the most effective international human rights organizations in Ukraine.

For the first time in Ukraine, Ukrainian E-commerce Expert gathered participants of the cross-border e-commerce market on the same platform, the Fedoriv Hub. The business meeting "Cross-border e-commerce (import to Ukraine): prospects, constraints and service providers" was held in the format of discussions and individual presentations from leading Ukrainian and foreign experts. The event was attended by about 200 participants, with 23 market experts as the speakers.
At the last stage of the event, the guests enjoyed drinks and canapes with ample networking opportunities. A DJ provided live background music throughout the night, with an exhilarating finale as the perfect end to the evening.

Kiev hosted the E-commerce Congress 2013 as part of the online stores trade fair E-EXPO 2013. This was a fresh format business event that set the standard for the future, tested new ideas and business approaches and presented the best European and Ukrainian experience in e-commerce.

A special feature of the event was Speed Dating - a personal acquaintance with the top specialist in your field and the opportunity to receive an expert appraisal of your project. The E-commerce Congress is the largest event on the e-commerce market in Ukraine.
Qub Events managed the organization of the Congress in 2016. It hosted 600 participants - owners and top managers, operational managers and key managers, renowned experts in Ukrainian and European e-commerce and retail, logistics, financial and marketing services. The event also involved developers of solutions for the e-commerce and multichannel market, as well as entrepreneurs who are planning to open an e-shop or a new online direction in an established business.
We managed all aspects of the event, including branding, registration, speakers’ accommodation, networking zones, off-site dinners for VIP guests, transport and event security – saving our client time, money and resources, that would have otherwise been spent in approaching numerous vendors. The Client had a single point of contact for the event who managed all the suppliers and logistics. This event opened up new horizons for Ukrainian manufacturers and retailers. 400 business representatives took part in the Congress, 49 speakers delivered reports, 20 countries involved in the export of online trading were represented. Nova Poshta supported the event as General Partner. E-Export took place with the support of the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine.

The top Ukrainian artist coming to perform in the British capital was a challenging and exciting task for us at Qub Events. We managed to find a perfect venue, matching the event’s grand scale and importance - the Indigo at the O2 Arena, one of the top venues in the British capital. Hosting over 2000 people, we tailored more than 300 special effects and a unique stage setting for the show, as well as organizing the access and security system for the maximum comfort of the guests, avoiding the queues and starting the show right on time. Our team worked hard to give the guests a full-scale experience and we managed to create a show to remember.

One of our most ambitious projects was a 3D-Mapping show on the tallest building in the world – Burj Khalifa in Dubai. We created it especially for one of the most important holidays in the region – Eid Mubarak, and it was displayed on the tower for a whole month. We are really proud to have worked on such a unique project.
The concert envisaged an end-to-end creation of an innovative holographic show for the concert of the famous jazz singer Laura Marti. We started with a creative idea and then developed the necessary technical solutions and 3D animations for the show, which truly impressed the guests.
As a proud partner of Saudi Airlines, we designed 3D animation and computer graphics to enhance their brand image, highlight the strong position of the company and make them stand out among the competition.
A truly important addition to our portfolio was the collaboration with Dubai Rolls Royce boutique. 3D animations for transparency LED screen became a special feature in this luxurious space.
We have worked on delivering a full-scale experience for this event with the help of our state-of-the-art technology. It included a hologram dance performance, 3D modeling and an animation movie, which, paired with impeccable event management, produced great results.
